Refund policy

A full refund for any charge, within 14 days of it. No questions.

How

Reply to the receipt Paddle sent you, or press Manage in Settings › Account to reach Paddle's page, or write to us through the contact page. Paddle, who sells Manifold on our behalf, returns the money to the card or account it came from.

After 14 days

The charge is not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and nothing more is charged; the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.

If the service fails you

If the service was unavailable for a significant part of a month you paid for, write to us — we refund that month, whenever it happened.
